The clock starts when you've paid and we've confirmed we can get into everything on this list. We email you the start time and the due time, so there's no guessing. You only need the items that apply to your site.
- Your site builder or code
- An editor or collaborator invite to wherever the site was built (Lovable, Bolt, Replit, v0, Wix, Squarespace, WordPress), or to the GitHub repository.
- Hosting
- If the site is published somewhere other than the builder, such as Vercel or Netlify, a team invite there.
- Domain and DNS
- Access to where you bought the domain (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare). We need it to connect the domain and set up email records.
- Add us to Search Console and Analytics. If you don't have them, we set them up under your own Google account.
- Email and forms
- The address where form messages should land, and access to your email service if we're setting up business email.
- Database and payments
- For apps: a team invite to Supabase or Firebase, and to Stripe. This applies to Tune-Up Plus.
- A few answers
- What the site is for, the one thing you want visitors to do, and anything you already know is broken.

Do I have to give you my passwords?
No. You invite us as a collaborator on each tool, and you remove us when we're done.
Which AI builders do you work with?
Most of them, including Lovable, Bolt, Replit, v0, Wix, Squarespace, and WordPress. Send your link first. If yours is one we can't work on, we'll say so before you pay.
Will you redesign my site?
No. It stays your site. We fix what's broken and finish what's missing.
What if I can't find one of the logins?
Tell us which one. We'll walk you through recovering it, and the 48 hours starts once we're in.
What happens after the 48 hours?
You get a before-and-after report, and for 7 days we fix anything we touched at no charge.
