Web Development
What we do: We build your site and send you a private link to review it. Then we make one round of revisions.
What you doClick through everything and tell us what to change. Not happy after that round? Get your deposit back.1
Launch
What we do: We connect your domain and hosting and flip the switch. Your business is officially online.
What you doApprove the final proof and pay the balance.
Post-Launch Testing
What we do: We check forms, links and pages on phones, tablets and desktops, then hand over your admin login, basic training and a menu of support packages.

What to have ready.
Don’t have all of it? That’s fine. We’ll work from whatever you’ve got, and our writing partner can fill the gaps.
- Your logo (the highest-resolution file you have)
- Brochures, business cards, flyers or any other marketing
- Photos of your work, team or location
- A few websites you like, and why you like them
- Where your domain name is registered, if you have one (just the company name, never a password)

After step 4, once you’ve seen your finished design and we’ve made one round of revisions, you decide. Not happy? We refund your deposit, minus the setup fee1 and any third-party purchases.
