Satisfaction guarantee

Don’t love it? Get your deposit back. After we’ve shown you your finished design and completed one round of revisions, if you’re not happy with your new website, tell us and we’ll refund your deposit, minus the non-refundable setup fee and any third-party purchases made for your site (for example, premium plugins or stock images). You keep your domain name and hosting. ClickClickWeb keeps the design and the website files.

Cancellation

After signing the agreement, you have 7 business days to cancel for a refund, minus the setup fee. The cancellation window and the satisfaction guarantee are separate: the guarantee applies after you’ve seen your finished design.

Payment & deposits

• Deposit of 50% plus the setup fee is due when you sign the agreement.
• The balance is due when you approve the final proof, before launch.
• We accept cards through a secure payment processor, and checks. We will never ask for your card number by email or on a paper form.

Setup fee

One-time plans carry a one-time, non-refundable setup fee of $100. It covers non-recoverable costs such as hosting and domain registration.

Ownership & handoff

• You own your domain name, your hosting account, and your content and logo.
• When your balance is paid, you receive admin access to your site, basic training, and a menu of support packages.

Required extras

Any additional requirement (SSL certificates, monitoring, custom backups, or other software, plugins or services) may carry additional fees. We’ll tell you before anything is added.

SEO scope

Every Entry-Level™ site is built search-engine friendly, with basic on-page SEO. That’s not where SEO ends: ongoing SEO and online marketing are separate services, from us or a partner.

Changes to pricing

Prices are subject to change. The price on your signed agreement is the price you pay.
